Player Registration

What does my registration include:

  • Training and games: covering the cost of coaches, support staff, venues, equipment and club based education

  • VAFA Affiliation: Umpires, facilities, match filming and league administration

  • Insurance: Personal Accident Insurance facilitated by the University of Melbourne

  • 2024 Training Tee

  • Club wide strength and conditioning

  • Club Dietitian

  • Halo Hub Access: Our membership portal that includes our sponsorship discounts and early access to all sorts of goodies

  • Gym Membership: MUWFC players receive a gym membership with our High Performance Partner*. This includes personalised strength program, tailored to your position, goals and injury prevention needs!

How much does it cost?

Standard Player (from March 1st 2024)

  • University of Melbourne Student: $350

  • Non-University of Melbourne: $450

Training Only Membership:

  • University of Melbourne Student: $50

  • Non-University of Melbourne Student: $150

Payment Plan (Instalments to be paid Feb - April):

  • University of Melbourne Student: $116 p/m

  • Non-University of Melbourne: $150 p/m

How do I sign up?

Step 1: MUWFC Registration Form.

  • This form collects all your important info like your jumper number, emergency contact, it helps us give you the best experience possible at MUWFC!

Step 2: VAFA Registration via PlayHQ:

  • This step registers you with our league, the Victorian Amateur Football League (VAFA). In this step we will also collect your payment (see above for rates). If you require financial assistance or a payment plan please reach out before you complete this step.

Training Membership

  • Please complete Step 1 and pay via “training only membership” option below

All fees must be paid in full by the 1st of April unless an alternate arrangement has been made.
