MUWFC is a united, progressive, supportive and sustainable football club that challenges and empowers its members to #LeadTheWay in all they do.

We returned to the VAFA Premier Division in 2022, and had all three sides compete in the finals series, whilst continuing to develop our community initiatives. We are looking to grow both our on and off field programs in season 2023, and are seeking motivated people to join us!

We are seeking coaches who meet the following criteria:

• alignment with club values, initatives and policies

• excellent communication skills

• strong football knowledge, minimum L1 coaching accreditation (or willingness to obtain)

• ability to work in a team with other coaching staff and the high performance team

• people focused and ability to work with players of varied of skill levels; new to football, those aspiring for the big time and all those in between

• WWCC (or willingness to obtain)

MUWFC offers:

• Coach development opportunities - three coaches completed their L2 in 2021

• Club wide education and support through implimentation of our Mental Health Strategy, Pride Strategy & First Nations Education, Celebration & Action Plan
