Doing our part in Road Safety in 2020
As you may have seen on our socials, heard at our events, or seen at the bar after home games, MUWFC is participating in the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) Club Rewards Program this year.
This program encourages active participation from AFL Victoria football and netball clubs in the mission to eliminate deaths and serious injuries on our roads. We will be continuing to promote key road safety messages at functions and training facilities, amongst club personnel, online, on game day, in the football record and prior to club functions. This is a great opportunity to raise funds for our club and to support key messaging to learner drivers and P-platers.
There will also be a Road Safety round on 16-18 July which we will participate in - more on that later! We all have a responosibility to be safe on our roads.
